I didn’t set out to build a brand. I just wanted to stop burning chicken.

Solavi Living started in the backyard with a Komodo Jr, a head full of confidence, and zero clue what I was doing. My grandmother would pull up a lawn chair, cold drink in hand, and watch me fight the flames like it was her Saturday matinee. She’d laugh every time I opened the lid too soon or over-smoked the ribs. And somehow, that laughter made the food taste better.
