📦 Order Processing & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Custom items ship on the timeline noted at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Ground shipments arrive in 3–7 business days; freight items like grills or islands typically deliver in 5–10 business days.

Where do you ship?

We currently serve the continental US. Contact us for Alaska, Hawaii or international quotes.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Shop Pay Installments are available to qualifying customers.

What’s your return policy?

What if my item arrives damaged?

Note damage on the carrier’s paperwork, take photos and email hello@solaviliving.com within 48 hours so we can file a claim and send replacements.
