- No restocking fees unless the item is custom, made-to-order, or installed.

- Freight items (grills, appliances) must be uninstalled, unused, and re-boxed for pickup.

Freight Damage or Missing Parts
If your freight shipment arrives looking beat up, don’t stress — that’s what insurance is for.
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
- Take photos of the box and the product.
- Email everything within 48 hours to support@solaviliving.com.
We’ll file the claim and send replacements. You won’t get stuck dealing with the freight carrier — we handle all of it.
How Refunds Work
- Once the warehouse receives and inspects your return, refunds usually post within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
