Delivery Times

  • In-stock grills + appliances: usually ship within 1–2 business days.
  • UPS / FedEx Ground: 3–7 business days for accessories and small items.
  • LTL Freight: 5–10 business days depending on location and carrier.
  • Free Shipping on orders $999+* *Lower 48 only. Orders under $999 follow standard freight/ground rates.

Freight Delivery Notes

  • Your grill or appliance ships fully insured.
  • The driver will bring it to the curb with a lift-gate.
  • You’ll need to inspect the pallet on arrival — just a quick once-over.
  • If the box looks rough, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. That protects your claim.

If there's visible damage, email everything to support@solaviliving.com within 48 hours and we’ll handle everything with the carrier.
