- Free Shipping on orders $999+* *Lower 48 only. Orders under $999 follow standard freight/ground rates.

Freight Delivery Notes
- Your grill or appliance ships fully insured.
- The driver will bring it to the curb with a lift-gate.
- You’ll need to inspect the pallet on arrival — just a quick once-over.
- If the box looks rough, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. That protects your claim.
If there's visible damage, email everything to support@solaviliving.com within 48 hours and we’ll handle everything with the carrier.
