📦 Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase required.

🚚 Return Process

  • Pre-paid label emailed after authorization.
  • Refund issued to original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect deliveries on arrival. Report damage within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve quickly.

🔄 Exchanges & Holiday Extension

We do not offer direct exchanges—return first, then place a new order. Purchases from Nov 15–Dec 25 may be returned until Jan 31.

💳 Refund Timing

Bank processing can add up to 10 business days. Contact us if you haven’t seen the credit after 15 days.
