🚚 Return Process
- Pre-paid label emailed after authorization.
- Refund issued to original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect deliveries on arrival. Report damage within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve quickly.

🔄 Exchanges & Holiday Extension
We do not offer direct exchanges—return first, then place a new order. Purchases from Nov 15–Dec 25 may be returned until Jan 31.
